At Sutton Place Doodles, our dogs are part of the family — and we believe every breeding dog deserves the love, care, and attention that only a dedicated home can provide. That’s where our Guardian Home Program comes in!
🏡 What Is a Guardian Home?
A Guardian Home is a special partnership where one of our breeding dogs lives full-time with a loving family — their forever family — while we retain breeding rights for a set number of litters. This allows our dogs to live happy, well-balanced lives in real homes rather than kennels.
Once their breeding career is complete, full ownership is officially transferred to the guardian family.

Little Ducky is expected to mature around 20 pounds and is absolutely gorgeous, with a deep, rich chocolate tri-color coat that’s incredibly soft and plush. But we think her sweet, calm, affectionate temperament will be her greatest treasure. 💕🐾
💙 Meet Paris! 💙 Our gorgeous 2-year-old blue merle girl is looking for a quiet, peaceful forever home without children, puppies, or chaos. She would be happy with 1–2 calm dogs or even a cat. Paris just wants a calm home where she can relax and be loved. 🥰🐾

What is a Guardian Home? All dogs deserve to be raised as a loving pets in their forever home from the beginning. We raise our dogs as pets, first and foremost, in our home. They are very much apart of our family, and are loving and loyal companions. Our Guardian Home Program allows an exceptional breeding prospect to be placed with their forever family and is expected to be a full-time pet of the guardian home. The dog is or will become a mom or dad in our program. He/she will come to our home to breed, then spend the rest of her pregnancy with her family. For males, they have "dates" and are returned to their family once breeding is completed. The guardian family is allowed to visit and we can always use an extra hand at giving puppy snuggles.You must live within 1 hour of Milton, FL to qualify. To apply, please use the regular puppy application, but select Guardian.
